However, the positioning of the NC machining process can be adjusted by the instrument. In most cases, there is no need to design special fixtures, so the cost is relatively low.
3. Tools
In the process of aluminum alloy CNC machining, the tool selection needs to be determined according to different machining processes and methods. Especially in NC machining, the use of high-speed cutting is not only conducive to improving the processing efficiency, but also can ensure the processing quality, effectively reduce the probability of cutting deformation, and shorten the processing cycle. Therefore, the demand for high-speed cutting tools is further increased.
At present, there is also a dry cutting method, that is, cutting without adding cutting fluid or only using a small amount of cutting fluid, so the tool must have good heat resistance. Compared with ordinary machining process, NC machining process has higher requirements on tool performance. At present, NC machining process has become the main process in the modern machining industry, which has also led to great changes in the tool industry. It is no longer simply used to produce and supply cutting tools, but has begun to transform new cutting processes and related supporting technologies to product development. Tool manufacturers have also become important partners in the current machining industry to improve production efficiency and quality and reduce production costs.
4. Processing method
In the traditional machining process, some machining processes cannot be precisely controlled, so it is not easy to use. However, when machining with CNC machine tools, these carefully used addition methods become feasible. In addition, in the process of aluminum alloy CNC machining, arc interpolation, post processing and NC trimming methods replace the traditional hole positioning methods such as filling, empty tool and trimming.
