Causes and Treatment of Abnormal Phenomenon in Oil Pressure System of Kunshan CNC Processing Equipment
(1) The main reasons why the oil pump does not inject oil may be that the liquid level in the oil tank is low, the oil pump reverses, the speed is too low, the oil viscosity is too high, the oil temperature is low, the filter is blocked, the tubing volume of the oil suction pipe is too large, air is sucked at the oil inlet, and the shaft and rotor are damaged. There are corresponding solutions for the main reasons, such as filling full oil, confirming the sign, changing when the oil pump reverses, etc.
(2) The pressure is abnormal, that is, the pressure is too high or too low. The main reasons are various, such as improper pressure setting, poor operation of pressure regulating valve coil, abnormal pressure gauge, leakage of oil pressure system, etc. The corresponding solutions include disassembling and cleaning according to the specified pressure setting, replacing a normal pressure gauge, and checking each system in turn.
(3) Noisy noises are mainly produced by oil pumps and valves. When the valve has noise, the reason is that the flow exceeds the rated standard, and the flow should be adjusted appropriately; When the oil pump is noisy, there are many reasons and corresponding solutions, such as high oil viscosity and low oil temperature. The solution is to raise the oil temperature; If there are bubbles in the oil, the air in the system shall be released.
Before CNC processing, always pay attention to observe whether the operation is normal. If there is any abnormality, please deal with it in time, otherwise, the birth fault. Usually, pay more attention to equipment maintenance when using CNC processing.
