In fact, it is very easy to see the leaking parts of the CNC machining management center. It is mainly caused by leakage of spare parts or machining center cylinder oil. For spare parts, maintenance is relatively simple. If it is a cylinder, it is very inconvenient and may cause equipment damage.
If the oil change does not meet the requirements, it will usually cause oil leakage during CNC processing. The problems in oil change are embodied in three aspects.
1、 For the parts with low viscosity grease, the sealing characteristics of the corresponding housing, bore shaft and other parts will be harmed if the high viscosity grease is freely used when changing the oil, and it is also likely to greatly reduce the tightness of such parts.
2、 If the oil tank of the car is not cleaned when changing the oil of the machined parts of the precision CNC lathe, the waste in the car oil tank will likely enter the lubrication system, block the oil passage, damage the hydraulic seals and cause oil leakage.
3、 There is too much oil in CNC processing and oil change, especially in the parts with rotating parts. Because of the stirring effect of rotating parts, oil leakage is more likely to occur.
The use and adjustment of lubricating system parts are unreasonable, which causes oil leakage in CNC processing. For example, CNC processing and maintenance personnel use gasoline pumps with too high working pressure or too much oil during maintenance, or when adjusting the working pressure of system software, the working pressure of speed regulating valves, valves, pressure regulating valves, etc. is too high, and the total flow of CNC lathe lubricating system is too large, which is inconsistent with the pump oil system software and its sealing system software, It will cause oil leakage.
In fact, the reasons for oil leakage during CNC machining are not just the above aspects. If we encounter similar problems in the process of CNC machining by operating the lathe, we must carefully check and immediately find out the cause of oil leakage during CNC machining to prevent unnecessary damage.
