Machining process of precision mechanical parts

We know that Kunshan mechanical processing requires high precision. Fine mechanical processing has good rigidity, high manufacturing precision and accurate tool setting, so it can process parts with high precision requirements. The processing of fine parts cannot complete all the processing contents of all surfaces in one process. The whole processing process of fine parts can be divided into the following stages:

(1) Rough machining stage. Cut off most of the machining allowance of each machining surface, and process the precision datum. The primary consideration is to improve the productivity as much as possible.

(2) Semi finishing stage. The defects that may occur after rough machining are removed to prepare for the finish machining of the surface. It is required to achieve certain machining accuracy, ensure appropriate finish machining allowance, and complete the processing of unnecessary surfaces together.

(3) Finishing stage. At this stage, large cutting speed, small feed rate and cutting depth are used to cut off the finishing allowance left by the previous process, so that the appearance of the parts can meet the technical requirements of the drawing.

(4) Finishing stage. It is mainly used to reduce the surface roughness value or strengthen the machined surface. It is mainly used for the surface roughness with high requirements (ra ≤ 0.32 μ m) Surface processing.

(5) Ultra fine processing stage. The machining accuracy is 0.1-0.01 μ m. Surface roughness value ra ≤ 0.001 μ M processing stage. The primary processing methods are: fine cutting, fine mirror grinding, fine grinding and polishing.
