CNC parts processing actually refers to numerical control processing. First prepare the process sequence of the design drawings, then connect the computer to the numerical control machine tool, control the operation of the numerical control machine tool through programming, and complete the processing of precision workpieces. Kunshan CNC processing is mainly applicable to the processing of small batches and various workpieces, and precision machining. The materials it uses are strictly required, not all materials are suitable.
For precision machining, not all materials can be precision machined. For example, if some materials with too high hardness exceed the hardness of machining parts, some special materials are not suitable for precision machining.
The first is the requirements for the hardness of materials. For some occasions, the higher the hardness of materials is, the better. It is only limited to the hardness requirements of processing parts. The processed materials cannot be too hard. If they are harder than the parts, they cannot be processed.
Secondly, the material is moderate in hardness and softness, at least one grade lower than the hardness of the parts. At the same time, it depends on the role of the processed components and the reasonable selection of materials for the parts.

① The number of tooling is greatly reduced, and complex tooling is not required for processing parts with complex shapes. If you want to change the shape and size of parts, you only need to modify the part processing program, which is applicable to the development and modification of new products.
② The machining quality is stable, the machining accuracy is high, and the repetition accuracy is high, which meets the machining requirements of aircraft.
③ The production efficiency is high in the case of multi variety and small batch production, which can reduce the time for production preparation, machine tool adjustment and process inspection, and also reduce the cutting time due to the use of cutting amount.
④ It can be used to machine complex surfaces that are difficult to be processed by conventional methods, or even some processing parts that cannot be observed.
The disadvantage of NC machining is that machine tools and equipment are expensive and maintenance personnel are required to have a high level.
Finish machining can only be carried out after rough machining and self inspection. After finishing, the workers shall conduct self inspection on the shape and size of the processing part: detect the basic length and width of the processing part of the vertical surface; The base point size marked on the drawing shall be measured for the processing part of the inclined plane, and the workers shall complete the self inspection of the workpiece. After confirming that the workpiece conforms to the drawing and process requirements, the workpiece can be removed and sent to the inspector for special inspection.
