What are the processing types of Kunshan CNC parts

When the operator starts CNC part processing, he/she should adjust the cutting speed to a very low value, and implement it in a single section. He/she should concentrate when positioning, dropping and dropping the tool quickly. If there is any problem, he/she should put his/her hand on the stop key and immediately stop. He/she should pay attention to the movement direction of the NC blade to ensure safe cutting. Then he/she should gradually increase the cutting speed to a proper value. In addition, he/she should add refrigerant or air conditioner to the NC blade and the workpiece.

At the beginning of processing, it is not allowed to be far away from the operation panel. In case of any abnormality, shut down the machine immediately for inspection. Pull the meter again after roughening to make sure that the workpiece is not loose. If yes, be sure to calibrate and touch again. Continuously improve the processing parameters in the production process to achieve the actual effect of processing.

After the production and processing of the workpiece is completed, it should be measured whether its key specification and mark value are consistent with the requirements of the engineering drawing. If there is any problem, it should be immediately notified to the team leader or the programmer for inspection and handling. After the self inspection, it can be removed and must be sent to the inspector for final inspection.

Common CNC parts processing types are as follows:

1. Hole production and processing: before drilling on the CNC machining center, it is necessary to use the central drill for positioning, and then use a drill bit 0.5~2mm smaller than the drawing size to drill holes, and use a suitable drill bit for depth processing.

2. Reaming production and processing: for reaming production and processing of workpieces, first use the central drill to locate, then use a drill bit 0.3~0.5mm smaller than the size shown in the drawing to drill holes, and then use a reamer to ream. During reaming production and processing, pay attention to operating the spindle bearing speed ratio within 70~180rpm/min.

3. Milling production and processing: for milling production and processing of workpieces, first use the central drill to position, then use a drill bit that is 1~2mm smaller than the size shown in the drawing to drill holes, then use a coarse boring cutter (or turning tool) to produce and process to the remaining machining amount of about 0.3mm on one side, and then use a fine boring cutter that has been adjusted in advance to carry out fine boring. After that, the capacity of a fine boring can not be less than 0.1mm.

4. Direct numerical control (DNC) operation: before DNC numerical control processing, the workpiece shall be clamped, the zero position shall be set, and the main parameters shall be set. Start the production and processing program flow to be transferred in the computer for inspection, then let the computer enter the DNC state, and enter the file name of the correct production and processing program flow. Press TAPE key and program run key at the bedside of the processing equipment, and LSK word flashes on the CNC lathe control board. Press the Enter key on the computer to carry out DNC data transmission processing.
