CNC parts machining centers are generally divided into vertical CNC machining centers and horizontal CNC machining centers according to the state of the spindle in space. The spindle capable of vertical and horizontal conversion is called vertical and horizontal CNC machining center or five side CNC machining center, also known as compound CNC machining center. According to the number of columns of CNC machining center, it can be divided into single column type and double column type (gantry type).



According to the coordinate number and coordinates of the CNC machining center, there are three axes linkage, three axes linkage, four axes linkage, five axes linkage, six axes linkage, etc. Three axis and four axis refer to the number of motion coordinates of the CNC machining center. Linkage refers to the number of motion coordinates simultaneously controlled by the control system to realize the position and speed control of the tool relative to the workpiece.

According to the number and function of workbenches, it can be divided into single table CNC machining centers, double table CNC machining centers and multi table CNC machining centers.

According to the machining accuracy, there are general CNC machining centers and high-precision CNC machining centers. In general CNC machining center, the resolution is 1 μ m. Z large feed speed is 15~25m / min, positioning accuracy is LO μ m. High precision CNC machining center, resolution 0.1 μ m. Z large feed speed is 15~100m/min, and positioning accuracy is 2 μ M, 2~10 μ m,±5 μ M above. This can be called precision level.
