CNC lathe parts are parts processed by CNC lathe. The large machining diameter can reach 60, and the large machining length is 300 mm. The machining parts are large, complex in shape, and high in accuracy. They can be cut and turned several times, with a tolerance of plus or minus 0.002 mm. They have advantages for processing stainless steel products. Because of expensive machines and low processing efficiency, the processing cost is relatively high.
The reason why the cost of lathe parts is higher than that of other hardware parts is because of the high precision, low speed and low output determined by the processing technology of turning. After a large part of the lathe parts are machined on the machine, they need to be processed twice to meet the functional requirements, such as: groove milling, drilling, edge milling, chamfering, etc.
