1. The influence of cutting force and friction. 2. Effect of work hardening. When a special cutting tool is used to cut plastic at a certain rate, some small particles on the cutting will adhere to the top of the front edge, producing a high toughness accumulation edge, which can replace the front edge and cutting edge for laser cutting.

When the sliding friction between the cutting and stacking edge exceeds the spray welding compressive strength between the stacking edge and the front edge, or when it is damaged or vibrated, the stacking edge will burst out, and then the newly created - up edge will be slowly converted into. The appearance, growth, development and falling of the accumulation edge will seriously affect the surface roughness of the part.

3. The influence of scales and thorns. In the whole cutting process, because of the friction force and spray welding on the cutting surface during precision parts processing, the cutting chips will stay on the front tool surface on time, and then squeeze the newly produced surface. In obvious cases, the surface will tear. Phosphorous spines appear on the surface, making the surface unsmooth and uneven.
