The mechanical part of a CNC machining center serves as the core foundation for equipment operation. Its manufacturing and assembly accuracy directly determines the overall machining precision of the machine tool, and also affects the performance of core electronic control systems such as the numerical control electrical system and servo system. It is a key carrier to ensure stable, high-precision and high-efficiency operation of the equipment. The CNC machining center features a complete mechanical system structure, which is mainly composed of the machine tool bed, three-axis coordinate worktable, spindle mechanism, tool magazine and tool changing mechanism, guide rail transmission mechanism, taper fine-tuning mechanism and lubrication system. All modules work in coordination to complete composite machining processes such as milling, drilling, boring and tapping for various precision workpieces.
The machine tool bed is the basic load-bearing component of the CNC machining center, which is generally adopts a high-strength integral box-type casting structure with high rigidity, strong shock resistance and non-deformation performance. As the mounting reference platform for all components of the complete machine, the bed bears all working mechanisms including the spindle, worktable and transmission components. Its flatness, rigidity and stability are closely related to the long-term machining accuracy and service life of the machine tool. It can effectively offset the vibration and cutting stress generated during machining, and avoid machining errors caused by equipment deformation.
