1、 Requirements and steps for formulating process procedures
For precision parts processing, the process procedure is the technical document to guide production, and the process procedure must be economical and reasonable. The process specification of a part is the processing method and step of the part. Content: machining process (heat treatment process), determining the machine tool, clamping method, measurement method, machining allowance, cutting amount and man hour quota used in each process. Fill in the contents on a card in a certain form, which is the machining process specification, namely the machining process card.
2、 The process analysis of precision parts processing mainly includes:
(1) The manufacturer of precision parts tells you to check whether the drawings of the parts are complete and correct, and analyze whether the accuracy, integrity and technical requirements of the main tables of the parts can be met under the existing production conditions.
(2) Check whether the selection of part materials is appropriate and whether the process will become difficult and complex.
Review the structural process of the parts and check whether the part structure can be economically and effectively processed.
3、 Common process documents are as follows.
(1) The main function of the machining process card is to briefly describe the machining process route.
(2) Machining process card: the process document shall be as detailed and complete as possible. In addition to the process directory, there shall also be process cards for each process.
