The mechanical part of drilling equipment is the core foundation for equipment operation. Its manufacturing and assembly accuracy directly determines the overall machining precision of the equipment and affects the performance of core electronic control systems such as the numerical control electrical system and servo system, serving as a key carrier for ensuring stable, high-precision and high-efficiency operation. The drilling equipment is equipped with a complete mechanical system, which mainly consists of the equipment bed, three-axis coordinate worktable, drilling spindle mechanism, automatic feed mechanism, guide rail transmission mechanism, stroke fine-tuning mechanism, lubrication and cooling system and other core components. All modules work in coordination to complete composite machining processes including drilling, reaming, countersinking and tapping for various precision workpieces.
The equipment bed is the basic load-bearing component of drilling equipment. It is generally designed with a high-strength integral box-type casting structure, featuring high rigidity, excellent shock resistance and structural stability against deformation. As the mounting reference platform for all equipment components, the bed supports all working mechanisms such as spindles, worktables and transmission assemblies. Its flatness, rigidity and stability are closely related to the long-term machining accuracy and service life of the equipment. It can effectively offset vibration and drilling cutting stress generated during processing, and prevent machining errors caused by equipment deformation.
